I have never written a review, until now.  Your product and this diet literally saved my life.  I am 51 years old and have been heavy… no, fat, all my life.  You name it, I’ve tried it. All the diet pills from prescription to over the counter.  I have gone to clinics and tried every diet written in every book.  I could never lose more than a few pounds after giving it my all for several weeks.  So yet again, I shored up my resolve to “stick to it” and give your diet a try.  I wasn’t sleeping well and had to turn over many times during the night to “rest” hurting bones and free up another place on my body to allow circulation.  My feet and knees hurt constantly under the 235 lbs on my 5’-3” frame.  My huge clothes no longer fit and I was determined not to buy another size larger.  I know I must have been on the verge of diabetes, as I had started seeing many symptoms that pointed to that dreaded disease.  This doesn’t even mention how tired I always felt and how worried I was about my heart giving out on me. 

So, here I am typing this testimonial, two months later, waiting to start a second round of this amazing diet.  I lost 27 pounds in the 40 days, and another 3 lbs on the maintenance phase, not even trying to lose.  I feel wonderful.  The diet was amazingly easy!  I felt no hunger; I felt wonderfully well and focused on my work during the day.  I was sleeping better than I had in years!  I was so inspired by the fast weight loss it was a joy to eat what was required and wake up the next morning to see the scales moving down another pound.  This diet is truly amazing.  I don’t care what the naysayers say about it, I can only testify what it did for me….
