Well I reached the end of my first 42 day program on 4/3 and I am delighted to report that I lost 32lbs!!

I am getting compliments left and right from friends and co-workers. I feel TERRIFIC! This has been an unbelievable journey. Thanks to my success 3 other friends have signed up for a program. They were in awe with my success story.
I am getting second looks again from strangers in public and this has really made my day. I most of all feel really great and look forward to my second 42 day program which I will begin on 4/23. I still have another 28 lbs to lose to reach my goal.
This program has changed my awareness about my own eating habits and I plan to stay focused on proper eating for life.
